Dave! I finally read it! That's an awesome little story - I like the Tooth Mouse much better than the tooth fairy.

:: shaking my head in wonder ::

Rich,

When I heard of the Tooth Mouse, I immediately thought of your Tooth Fairy story. It is truly a classic, worthy to read again and expose to a new audience as several parents, myself included, find ourselves in the same sticky situation that your post mentions.

Thanks for the comment and keep dishing us up the great thoughts.

Holly,

Glad to have given you more material. I hope it goes over better than the Dance of the Cucumber by Larry the Cucumber that Kelly let the Spanish in Conway, MO borrow. The students were begging her to turn it off at the end. And, yes, that was a real mouse in our house. Probably at that point, it was the third we had trapped. I think the count is up to 6.

LOL, that's a great post, David. I learned something about Mexico today I never knew! Plus I got a great picture of a dead mouse, to boot! What could be better than that?

A bloody tooth in hand, of course. :: grin ::

Thanks for the nice words and the link-love. I appreciate it.
