I'm very happy with that, especially since I've covered heavier topics at times, and my wife does bug me about using obscure words at times. ;) I'd be curious to know how your blog was measured though. I think there are one or two similar tools online, and a lot of programs can check your posts before you put them up to show what the reading level is. If I were you, I'd get a "second opinion".
