In 2008, then Bible School Director Silverio Blanco and I met to talk about ways in which we could update the facilities of Instituto Bíblico, Bethel. Finally, that vision is coming to fruition in the form of a new building to house a cafeteria, library, and classroom/multi-purpose space. Our home church in Mérida, pastored by Maria Jesús Salazar, has outgrown its current facilities. This project involves expanding the current sanctuary and adding much needed space for children’s Sunday School classrooms. Long range plans also include a first floor bathroom and office space.
